📡 NAV Data Feeds

Programmatic access to SLP's net asset value and reserves through the Accountable NAV feeds, the same independently verified data that Chainlink publishes on-chain. Covers how to get an access token, the endpoints to call for SLP, and how often the data updates.

Overview

SLP's net asset value (NAV) is computed and verified by Accountable, an independent proof-of-reserves provider, not by Sivo. Accountable reads balances directly from every venue that holds SLP reserves (Sivo's lending platform, bank and payment accounts, Coinbase Prime, and the accounting system), nets liabilities, and divides by the SLP supply read from the token contract:

NAV per SLP = totalReserve / totalSupply

Accountable publishes the result through its NAV feeds, which are also the source Chainlink reads to publish the on-chain SLP/USD feed. Investors, fund administrators, and integrators who want NAV and reserve data in their own systems can call the same feeds with a personal access token.

Getting an access token

The NAV feeds require an API token. Contact the Sivo team to request one, through your Sivo relationship contact or on Telegram. Tell us the organization and the person or system that will call the API.

  • Each integrator receives its own token, issued by Accountable at Sivo's request.
  • Tokens do not expire on their own. They can be revoked at any time, for example if a token is exposed; ask us for a replacement if that happens.
  • Tokens are rate limited. The data refreshes every 15 minutes, so polling more often than that returns the same values; if you need a higher rate, ask us first.
  • We share tokens over a secure channel agreed with you, never by email or in a shared document. Treat it like a password: keep it server-side and out of source control, logs, and browser code.

Calling the feeds for SLP

The endpoints, response fields, and circuit-breaker semantics are documented by Accountable in NAV Feeds. For SLP, use:

Base URLhttps://dvn.accountable.capital
EndpointsGET /v1/nav, GET /v1/reserves
AuthenticationAuthorization: Bearer <your token> header
Required query parameterclient=sivo
curl -s -H "Authorization: Bearer $ACCOUNTABLE_TOKEN" "https://dvn.accountable.capital/v1/nav?client=sivo"
curl -s -H "Authorization: Bearer $ACCOUNTABLE_TOKEN" "https://dvn.accountable.capital/v1/reserves?client=sivo"

A redemption-rate feed (/v1/redemption-rate) is not offered for SLP: withdrawals are filled at the on-chain NAV, so /v1/nav and the Chainlink feed are the rates to use.

Errors currently come back with HTTP 200 and a plain-text body rather than an error status:

BodyCause
UnauthorizedThe token is missing, invalid, or revoked.
Client not foundThe client=sivo parameter is missing or misspelled.

Check that the response parses as JSON before reading fields, and alert on a non-JSON body rather than relying on the status code.

Reading the SLP reserves

Each entry in underlyingAssets from /v1/reserves is one venue, and its value is already net of that venue's liabilities, so do not subtract liabilities again. All values are in USD.

VenueContents
Sivo (Internal Lending Platform)Outstanding receivables financed by the SLP pool (debt lines and principal), less the collateral Sivo holds against them.
Brex, Airwallex, CurrencyCloud, MonatoCash in the SLP pool's bank and payment accounts.
Coinbase PrimeStablecoins and cash in the SLP pool's custody portfolio.
QuickBooksAccrued interest receivable and other balances recorded in Sivo's books, net of liabilities, including cash in transit between venues.

A venue with a zero balance may still be listed. totalSupply and outstanding_shares are in whole SLP, although the token has 6 decimals on-chain. For what backs SLP and how the NAV is designed to grow, see the SLP Token guide.

Update frequency

DataFrequency
NAV and reserves (/v1/nav, /v1/reserves)Every 15 minutes, when Accountable reads every data source (listed under Data Source Connections on transparency.sivo.xyz)
Chainlink SLP/USD on-chain feedWhen NAV moves by 0.5% or more, and at least every 24 hours

The NAV feed therefore leads the on-chain price by up to a day. Deposits and withdrawals in the protocol always clear at the on-chain Chainlink price, so use the Chainlink feed when you need the exact price a transaction settled at, or historical values (getRoundData(roundId)), and the NAV feed when you need the most recent valuation.
